Single-family home in Trofa

The layout of the house is based on the longitudinal axis of the rectangular lot, resulting in the definition of three distinct volumes.
Two parallelepipeds were shifted, leaving the space reserved for the garage—which is centrally located along the aforementioned axis.
An intermediate section organizes the circulation, ensuring the connection between the different spaces and also between the two floors.

The living room and dining room open onto the private outdoor space, creating a sense of transparency and continuity between the interior and exterior.

The design of the metal structure pays homage to ironwork and the tradition of metalworking and industrial metal fabrication, which are deeply rooted in the municipality of Trofa.
